My first Pomegranite Experience
Shaun and I had a pomegranite tonight. I have wanted to try them for a long time, but I didn't want to mess someone elses kitchen up. Now that it's my own cutting board I'll be staining I'm all about the pomegranite.
It's a beautiful model, as well.
Those two were with the Canon Powershot a520. It doesn't have anything like the macro capabilities of the Olympus but it's kind of like my first love, the Powershot a20, and it's so easy to use for the quick candid shots. I try to use the Olympus for controlled situations, but I sometimes forget it.
If you are curious, I thought it was delicious. I liked it a lot more than I like POM juice. It's just too much for me! I liked the POM tea okay. Especially because it came in a beautiful skinny glass that I have my iced green tea in every day. I'll have to take a photo of my glass sometime. It's a love.

You might double check ebay if you ant to use the canon for macro but the shots from the Olympus are goreguous so no point unless you just don't want to carry two cameras or there are features you really like on the Canon
I find them difficult to eat; slow going. They taste a lot like grapes, to me, and very seedy. My friend once served the seeds (with pulp) on little slices of starfruit at a party she held. Isn't that a cute idea?
I haven't tried the POMwonderful iced tea yet, but you mention the reason I want to: I totally want the glass. I like the juice, but only the blueberry blend. Target sells a pomegranate-berry juice blend for around $3/bottle, a big bottle, that tastes similar but is much more reasonably priced.
